HD-5xx ™ relays information to a secure web portal for easy viewing and reporting of real-time and historical data. An advanced communication system lets you set the parameters on how and when you want to be notified (telephone call, text message, email, fax, or web notice board). HD-5xx™ portal puts in you in the know regarding your equipment and data. You can also have information sent to other people you choose such as dispatchers, load masters, customers, operators, or anyone with a vital interest in the health and status of your transport system and cargo. The portal offers Google Maps™ reporting so you can see where you have been, how you got there and where you’re going. Geo-fencing features make sure your equipment and cargo is confined to the right area or is properly avoiding restricted areas. Reporting includes stops made, speed, direction, enroute plots over all roads (including off-road). Additional reporting is included for all sensors wirelessly connected to your system.

Optional Intelligent Sensors
Use HD-5xx™ MAST with any number of optional wireless sensors to meet your transportation, cargo and customer requirements. All wireless sensors use one or two standard 3.6 volt Lithium battery(ies). All batteries are included and generally last 3 to 5 years under normal operating conditions. Wireless sensors are pre-configured from the factory before being shipped. Sensors can be repositioned on the trailer, vehicle or cargo an unlimited number of times. This means you can easily move the sensor to achieve the desired results on every trip! When you receive your sensor(s), simply remove the protective battery protection shield, push a button and then either “peel-n-stick” your sensor in its desired location or attach with screws provided. For easy remove and relocate, attach with provided Velcro® strips. Select from the following sensors:

Temperature: Measure temperature inside reefers, box trailers, or cargo containers. Temperature range from –104°F to 185°F. Calibrated accuracy with +/- one percent. Great for monitoring produce, pharmaceuticals, and other temperature sensitive cargo. More accurate than reefer temperature measurements.

Combination Temperature / Humidity: Temperature sensor combined with humidity sensor that provides moisture content in air. Useful for monitoring the transport of spoiled goods and electronic equipment.

Contact Position (Open / Close): Monitors the position and number of cycles for a door or hatch.

Combination Temperature / Contact Position: Combines the features of the temperature sensor and the Contact Position sensor.

Ultrasonic Depth / Distance Measuring System: A high-performance ultrasonic range finder used for a variety of applications. Measure liquid tank volumes, dry hopper volumes, and available volume in box trailers.

Vibration: Measures vibration levels via a digital built-in accelerometer. Use to determine if a truck engine is running, if cargo tie-downs are loose or broken, or if trailer wheels or axles are out of balance.

Motion: Detects movement of trailer or cargo. Useful in determining if cargo has shifted in or on trailer; if cargo is being separated from trailer or if trailer is unlawfully moving.

Cargo Counter (IR): Counts the number of objects moved in/out/on trailer using passive infrared technology.

Cargo Counter (Ultrasonic): Not only counts the number of objects moved in/out/on trailer, but can report if the cargo / objects are moving in or out (on or off) of trailer.
